A £50million mixed use development in North-West London. The scheme consists of 190 private apartments, ranging from affordable 600sqft studio flats to 5000sqft penthouses. There are also 25 affordable units. the focus of the master plan is the reconstruction of the Sports Complex and refurbishment of the existing Grade II listed Library. A vibrant and dynamic new public square and landscaping scheme were also created. the development was design in 1999 and competed in 2004.
