The Grade II* redundant Pumping Station has been acquired by Dreamspaces for residential development. Surrounding land has also been purchased for the enabling development for 12 ecological houses. Clarke:Desai have been appointed as architects for the development to liaise with English Heritage and to maximise the potential of a sensitive and historic site.
